When I install it and then open it, it always says resources loading failure

You need to install OBB file first, manual install it form your pc in to your phone is the best way since you can't access obb file in mobile phone.

if you are playing on Mobile Phone, install the game first but don't enter the game, connect your phone with your PC, download OBB file to your PC thì copy it to your phone, now you can play.

i think it old obb, when i open the file the mod obb i download is 100090 when the new obb of game is 200000 or something not the same

I download 100090 and still play well, you should delete your old obb file first if you already playing before, then copy a new one you download from here.
