A way to be undeteced is only using god mode.
Not even atk up mod
Not even skip stage mod (This one is dangerous)

Just God mode only.
I survived with mod for 2 years already

Personally wont say its prohibited just that it have high ban risk.
Just like the other guy said : using god mode is probably the safest route to avoid ban. I've already using it on IS and annihilation without any problem.
Just make sure you use several S2 operator/ at least make it believable and you should be fine.

Correct.
However keep in mind there's also another case where some people (me included lol) just straight up get perma ban.
If you're planning to use dmg mod just make sure it stays around 1-5x since its the "safest" Number. That said make sure you don't use it too much i.e only use it to kill the boss.

it's very risky. If the number get too high, it will alert the ai. And you can easily make a mistake like putting too much number by an accident and then your account get flagged.

My ID used mods for 3 years and never even get flagged bc I only use god mode.
My spare ID got banned for a day because I accidently boost 10x atk instead of 5
