They check only on the stages you clear, its why auto win is not advised as replaying a stage and immediately winning is impossible, and of course they test it with annihilation, where its steady reward is an obvious cheating sinkhole

Just use dmg mult and def mult not over 3x, and don't use the mod on annihilation, and you'll going to be safe

As long as you dont use any mods you wont get affected just by logging in a 3rd party app, iirc the best way to be safe is "if you can autoplay on the real app and achieve the same results, is A-ok"
