I have the same issue. Try restarting the battle using the blue button and lose to the battle (use 3 servants). It then shows ORT's bar in the chapter, but after breaking like 2 bars, I don't see any quests to continue the battle. Weird stuff. I don't know if it's a server-side glitch or an issue with the mod. Even uninstalling the mod doesn't let me continue

I was able to get through the chapters 21 & 22 by beating the boss slowly and losing servants. One break bar at a time, and going in with 3 units only per battle. If you lose enough servants and go slowly enough, the 0 AP nodes will trigger. Also the fight gets easier (in my opinion) near the end stages so you don't need the damage mod.
