The app keeps crashing and freezing and I'm using a 8.1 android phone it's making it hard to enjoy the game i can't spin stops without it crashing.

Ur device has rooted and unsign apk to log in gg. Want to log in by fb, delete ur fb app then u can log in by fb

The reason it is asking you this, is for the mod menu to show on top of the game as an overlay, if you do not allow it to, then you will have no mod menu, meaning no 'Always Perfect Hit' or 'Unlimited Energy'
