please fix the vip circle. we can collect the drops, but can't catch the dinos

vip or no vip, the difference is just amount you get when opening the drops which is abit more than normal and help reducing times opening alot of drop in the area.

will prolly have to wait for next actual game patch for them to fix... if it's not working I'm kinda glad it wont let me download it right now
