of course the PS dont have it due to mod, all mod or 3rd party install dont get notifications via PS only via apps.. have you check your game version and blackmod release version?.

I downloaded the newest version a few days ago. Should I try deleting and reinstalling the mod that's on here and see if it fixes it?

check the app on device if it already v2.6.30 or not.. if not you need to download the new version from blackmod.. if you using guess account, dont forget to backup your data before uninstall and install new version
