Hi anyone know this problem please help, suddenly i cant access this game since yesterday, stuck at 1/29. An error when trying to connect saying "We have problem connecting to our server. Check your Internet connection". My internet connection are fine. I got saved these dino data locally / login with facebook and tried to uninstall and reinstall mod apk, but doesn't work??? If i get banned, will prompt out a message like this:

So, uninstall your Facebook app and login the game. If not, u cannot login with Facebook app still in your phone. But if u says u can't login without Facebook app installing in your phone, that's so funny. Maybe u didn't check the permission for storage.

For those who still having problem connecting with Facebook, did u all play with Google account before? If u did, try install the original version and login with Google. Screenshot your reference number and email to Ludia Support Service.

This was happen early this year to myself and i do the same by mentioning the Support Service. And i did ask them the purpose of this. They mentioned that this is to encourage players to save their data.

so far i know this temp banned. around 3 days. then you can play once more but you cant play pvp battle anymore. your thophy won't update. and you only battle with people who got banned. most of time you'll fight with bot

not just this game. lots of game have similar problem, specially when using mod... last i just play using guess account and keep backups the file on otg drive..

Connection returned to normal in almost one day, many player faced this issue before : Connection error but Ludia explain that this is just a bug problem. I rarely to join pvp battle only 30 throphies

pvp battle can play , I deliberately lost the thropies

it not permanent banned because you still can play and collect dino. your account mark as cheat and you cant pvp with other player n you wont get event rewards. just got incubator or daily incubator to collect dna.. there no work around. if you low on rank just play new one. if you above 17. better you stick while playing other guess account. join same allies. and help your new account to get new dino. put in Santuary. or help raid.. this most helpful. but you need 2nd phone or play on pc for both accounts raid same Boss

sometimes i getting loop got dna, sometimes dont get dna.. just now i got unique dna by couple of loop..

Loop and how to get double dna (event dino attemp wont increase.)
1. 1st run from fresh. Then don't do other thing once login.
2. On BMT 1-5.
3. Hunt dino (event especially Or you can try other dino 1st.)
4. Insta-Kill dino
5. After kill, at drone loading, turn off BMT 5.
6. Once finish, This time loop will happen.
7. Once loop again turn off BMT 1 and 4.
8. Manual dart dino.
9. Once finish. And get dna. Go check your dino dna. Most of time got more. And if select event dino. Attempt won't increase.

Then start over to get more DNA
