Experienced before, reset your license might resolve.

License is stick to the first device that you login and your VIP only allow 2 devices.

Thank you very much, I appreciate the information but after several weeks using the simple membership, I have not yet been able to install the game on more than one device, that is, I have only been able to install it on a single Samsung Galaxy S10 plus device, on my Samsung Galaxy that 20 plus I could not install it! I have done all the steps to the letter and even to make sure that I was doing it right, I helped a friend to pay for the VIP membership and I helped him step by step to install the game and it was installed perfectly, however to the same problem keeps happening to me! I think I cannot afford to pay $ 79.99 for a membership in which I have problems installing the game on other devices, one of them is a PC with an emulator which must be another story to be able to install it! I think they should make the download easier as when it was free, as it is still for the VIPs but in a simpler way so that the game does not get so stuck and installs right away!
