I guess he over spoofing the GPS. 10mins in LA, few mins later in NY, few mins later again in NJ something like that. It will trigger the banned for that.

it's to risky, with all dinos appeared feature I think it's more than enough.

I got it to work now. Somehow the Storage and Location permissions had turned off in the emulator settings. All good now.
