good morning here is my problem since yesterday does not let me in the game

My problem with the game is, that I can't login my Facebook account. in order for me to try connecting with Facebook and log in, It says reconnect, I click it, and it resets the progress, but I'm not connected to Facebook it's like my guest account gets reset everytime I try connecting with Facebook.

hi the jurassic world alive game doesn't work. i cleared the caches i use vpn 1.1.1.1 warp, the vip license works with other games, how do i solve the problem? I start JWA but it stops at 1/29 and doesn't let me log in as a guest
