what is Raidboss unlocked mean? I am unable to create lobby for the raid boss in out of range

You can't create bosses raid lobby that outside your range

To check if this something to do with your license or no
You can try this
Restart phone > run game
Use Vpn 1.1.1.1 warp > run game
clear game cache > run game
OR
See if your device has a memory card
If yes, try removing the memory card
Restart and re-enter the game bro
