my phone stopped working overnight! deleted app , reinstalled no joy formated phone reinstalled no joy !and the phone is still on android 10….i think my license is the probleme here aswell but what can you guys do? i have 3 phones all with dif acc and if i do a reset that wold mean all get stuck?

@Rito , I did what you said about license update and it worked 1 day, no more. Today I opened the JWA app and it crashed, as if its license was invalid. I updated the license using the BlackMod app and consumed one more attempt in vain, because this new license does not fix the problem. JWA app crashes all the same, even after restarting Android device.

You can try other VIP game then if same problem just reset license on blackmanager .

Hi @Sekai , I already did that, I've resetted license twice in a row now. Not working. Please check if my new license is valid or if there's a bug on that.

Hi @Rito , I tested out @Sekai 's suggestion and even with another VIP game my new license doesn't work. I generated a new one but got same result with both games. Seems like the BlackModApp's "new license" feature is not working at least for me. Please look into this and generate manually a new working license for me as soon as possible.

some phone with Android 11 can't run this mod. Try check with other games in Blackmod to see if the game is working.

Hi @Rito , this is not spam. This is a Platinum-level paying customer asking for a solution. It's only fair that I request assistance for playing the game that I paid for.

@Shinobi1984 : this worked perfectly til 2 days ago, my Android's OS wasn't upgraded and I replicated this issue with another VIP app and even with another device. To no avail. This self-renewed license is not working for me and I have updated it twice since the problem started.

After doing some debugging with @Rito we pinpointed that the problem was that my connection didn't reach the VIP server, I had to upgrade my connection speed (I think other option was changing ISP).

hello,i've got a problem at the opening of the app,i installed everything according to your guide (original app with the mod update using luckypatcher,vip license in both data and odd ) but when i try to log in,the game say "server connection problem,check internet connection 10029" and after i press "Retry" the menu rolls back to the login.and it happens both with VPN on and off,same with Antivirus,i tried everything i could but i can't play,pls help
