the problem is i already reset the license manually. I do not know what is wrong but i started the game as in trying to make the game create a obb folder. it just refuses to be created.

Give me you screenshot storage android obb name game.
Creat this folder ( new folder) " com.ludia.jw2 " then put license and move to storage android obb
