As mentioned by others, you need to download and copy the license file in the obb/<game-folder>

Remember the license file should have name with extension license (not .txt in the end which sometimes phones can add by themselves).

Had this earlier also and had to reset License file. Now its again...

I have Purchased just tonight and now this issue happend second time. Cant reset every time...

Try clear data game then creat new folder again and don't forget move and put license.

Here's all what i tried:

- force stop app   //didnt fixed issue
- deleted app cache   //didnt fixed issue
- deleted /data/com.ludia.jw2/ folder    //didnt fixed issue
- deleted /obb/com.ludia.jw2/ folder   //didnt fixed issue
- re-downloaded license and placed into correct folder   //didnt fixed issue
- permissions checked   //didnt fixed issue
- hard and soft reboot   //didnt fixed issue
- license reset   // fixed first issue

Android 10
star2lte (Samsung)

Since i could start the game and all worked, it must be an license check issue or something out of my hand. Like i said, its the second time this now happend in just 1 day.

I hope someone knows how to fix this issue permanently, cause i cant reset license all the time.
