Was working for me few hours ago when I used it for Apex raid lobby.
Thought make sure that you use it only to move around, not like jumping at different places especially _not_ for more than few miles jump.

Try reset your license and try again. I tried install with Direct Link and 2Speed option. After multiple tries, it's work.
