bro I got banned I only used 5 attack and 5 defence in story mode

The game closes by itself, without giving an error or anything, it just closes after a few minutes playing.
It is somewhat tedious, the same thing happens to me on Samsung and Xiaomi devices

What gamemodes should id play or not? I'm only using it for story mode but i like to play side events and incursions. What modes i should not play and what modes is okay to play?
