Nah man you tripping. The no cooldown literally make the tier3 skill couldn't be charge as it supposed to and sure it got benefit for transcendent character but if you auto play with it they just gonna spam that over and over again. The no cooldown mod also affect the enemy which will made them spam their cc skill over and over again. This made some stage which fairly easy to clear seem hard because the enemy gonna cc you forever. The damage mod done really have any problem 100x is already high enough tbh even if the modders reduce it to 50x that is still good.
I don't know what mode you testing it out man but all the pve mode that I tried this module with work perfectly fine. WB, ABX,ABL, Story, DM, MI ,shadow land all pve mod work perfectly fine with this module. As for the no cooldown option it broke the t3 skill. T3 skill supposed to charge as you use other skill unlike the transcend skill but with the no CD option t3 skill couldn't be charge as it supposed to be and you need to wait for it to charge manual which mean 0.5% per second. This alone is a huge drawback for all t3 character and also the no CD option affect the enemy as well which could be proven as one of the stage with songbird as enemy, songbird keep spamming her cc skill to you which made the stage hard to clear also another example is from the frost giant boss he gonna keep you freeze most of the time because of the no CD option. The damage mods work fine as intended for example my green goblin in abx couldn't make pass 5m score with just skill spam but after activate the module my green goblin could made pass over 7m score still with skill spam strats. If you say the damage mods not working you tripping man. All the mods works perfectly fine as of right now. You asking too much if you want the modders to mess with the pierce and ignore dodge things. Seriously just learn the character rotation upgrade them as the game intended and work out with your cards set. I only got around 14 pierce and its good I could do all pve content just fine with this module.
