it's not freezing it's lagging super hard which means it has too much data processing and it's overloading the app I would stop trying to get it to work because even after getting to the start it doesn't get any better.

Problem in your end. Try another device or test it with virtual machine

unless you build it for a potato, it shouldn't be and since I'm not the only one experiencing issues

I've allow all notifications and permission but still can't do anything in loading screen. My phone is 8/256 with snapdragon 865

Then try using some VPN apps on store, I get my LG V60 pass the "ok" button and "Start" screen stutter, if its dont work, I think you should play on official app. Good luck m8.
