Hello, I received an account suspension. I didn't use it in PvP, only in Conquest and PvE modes. Is there any way to lift the suspension?

I would appreciate your response.

Ye that's what I was trying to figure out,I got 2 accounts banned when not using it anywhere at all.They added 3rd party checking with Google play store,if the app is not original you will get banned.On the other hand I still see some people using it,but probably onoc or something like that.And no,you can't get your account back.

If you encounter the black screen, turn off your wifi to launch the game. Then once you get in you can turn it back on

I play the game through 3 different devices. My mobile phone, the EA PC app and through Bluestacks. I only use this mod on my Bluestacks version. I buy stuff through the EA web store and not Google play. In fact the EA app for PC doesn't even have the play store on it. Bluestacks with the mod locks out google, so I can only log into my EA account from there. The only place i can log into google play store is through my mobile phone, and i do not have the mod installed on that.
