I had this probem too, even tho you won the battle you dont get the rewards right? My theory is that your team needs to be strong enough to beat that stage. What i mean by this is that the cheat only works if your team can actually beat the stage without cheats. So whenever you beat the stage using cheats but you dont get rewards anymore, that means you need to get stronger. This cheat is like a double edge sword, yes it works and you could one shot anyone and beat the stage fast but you still need your team to be stronger or else the game will just let you win without rewards and you cant go on to the next stage.
