20license and im not sure if its Gold , Diamond or Platinum License.
But once you bought it. You will receive 20 license which you can sell it.
For example 1 license (Gold Package)
You can sell it for idk maybe 7.99$ ofcourse since its cost 7.99$ here.
For saying that Sellers for 6months it means that you will be a seller for 6months and
About it says "Without Worrying About Expiring" it means it wont expire. You are incharge of thoes 20licenses and you can sell it anytime you want.
