Blackmod Gift (Instant Crafting at Workbench) doesn't work in Settlement. I also can't split Material from Settlement Workbench. Every I split the Material, it gives 'Error Synchronizing, Restart the Game' then the Material is Gone or back to original Amount before splitting.

You can save with your account, in option u can find kefir or discord i don't remember exactly, and then it bring u to them site, u can bind n login with ur google account, so everytime u need to play the game after update, u can continue ur progress
