I'm using a non rooted device so there is no cheat tool, and I haven't installed this game before on this device and I don't have any virtual machine installed on my device, I tried re installing the game facing the same issue, please help

Make sure you didn't forget to copy and paste your license in the correct folder.

Origin apk work fine so there's no id phone ban.
