There is no option for the modded app to be given access to storage in the permission manager making the game not able to read the blackmod license file even when put in the obb.

Rename your file to blackmod license (delete.txt)

For those who can not read the blackmod file, try use computer then connect your phone with USB line. And open the storage file on your computer, after following the steps(it actually need to rename the license file into "blackmod.license" !) open the game and have fun

try put both the "patch.dat" file and "blackmod.license" into SD card(obb) even the phone storage(obb)

you need to install the game and open it on your phone first(to get crash) then you will see a folder in your phone storage(android>obb>"com.netmarble.nanagb") , after that, create a new folder (in SD card>Android>obb) which named "com.netmarble.nanagb" .

1.download GameBox Booster upgrade your VIP and download your blackmod.license.txt

2.blackmod.license.txt Rename blackmod.license

3.search android 13 obb
4.blackmod.license>(android>obb>com.netmarble.nanagb)

any multiplier will do as long as your enemy is bot or npc. if u encounter a player in pvp just forfeit the match. and be careful on ranked matches, i got banned for a week for aiming top rank and using mod even on real player
