How to remove devices from License Manager?

I recently formatted my computer and want to remove licenses from my license manager that were from the emulator I was using, but when I goto license manager I do not see any options to remove devices from my license manager.

I also noticed it said I'm using 4/5 devices, but only actively shows 2 devices.

I want to remove 2 of these devices from my account which are;

• samsung|aosp|SM-G977N|5.1.1 2020-07-13 02:16:47
• samsung|aosp|SM-G965N|7.1.2 2020-07-14 05:29:45
