No game app files showing up to put blackmore.license in. Constant black screen/Crash

Whenever I download a VIP app, I download, install it, and I'm trying to follow the "put blackmod.license into com. (app folder)" but the app files isn't even showing up my "my files" app. I need help. I just spent 8 dollars and none of the VIP downloads I'm downloading are working because of this. I'm just getting constant black screens or crashes.
